Where You Can Help

Ushers
Greet guests, guide to seats, hand out programs, and assist with traffic and tickets during shows.
Essential Skills:
• Interpersonal Skills
• Physical Stamina - able to stand for long periods of
time and navigate stairs frequently.
• Attention to Detail
• Strong Communication Skills

Concessions Volunteer
Help manage the snacks and beverage station in the Emma Kelly Theater lobby, acting as a great hospitality host to ensure patrons have a high-quality experience during their visit.
Essential Skills:
• Good Attittude/ Customer Service
• Physical Stamina - able to stand for long periods of
time and lift small crates/boxes
• Basic Math Proficiency-able to handle cash and
accurately calculate change.
• Reliability

What to Expect
- Assignments will be given out at least 24 hours in advance
- Most roles require a short orientation
- Volunteers must be at least 14 years old (with exceptions)
- Scheduling is flexible, based on your availability
- Some roles may require standing or light walking
- We welcome individuals, families, and groups
